Marklytics has been selected as an official Supporting Partner of BatteryPass-Ready, the leading European initiative supporting the implementation of Digital Product Passports (DPPs) by bridging the gap between regulatory compliance and operational reality.

Building on the foundations established in the BatteryPass Consortium, BatteryPass-Ready brings together manufacturers, technology providers, standards bodies, and research organisations to address the practical challenges of full-scale deployment. The initiative focuses on robust data verification processes, alignment with Europe’s DPP technical standards (JTC24) and integration with the forthcoming central DPP registry.

Marklytics delivers an integrated Digital Product Passport solution that combines end-to-end product transparency with AI-driven ESG and global sustainability disclosure capabilities, alongside advanced automotive engineering expertise. The platform also enables new business models for circularity, traceability-driven value chains, and cross-border compliance led innovation to serve critical industries such as batteries, electronics, iron, steel, and aluminium within a single unified ecosystem. As a Supporting Partner for BatteryPass-Ready, and a Partner in India’s Battery360 Alliance, Marklytics contributes expertise in cross-border digital passport infrastructure, regulatory intelligence and advanced battery analytics to support alignment across the global ecosystem.

“BatteryPass-Ready plays an important role in helping industry prepare for implementation at scale, and we’re committed to delivering interoperable, cross-border solutions that create long-term value,” said Vijay Subramanian, the Founder and CEO of Marklytics. “While the focus has been centred on EV cars, we’re looking forward to bringing the broader battery ecosystem to the table, including dealers, aftermarket players, end-of-life management and recyclers”.

Through its participation in BatteryPass-Ready and the Battery360 Alliance, Marklytics reinforces its commitment to enabling transparent, interoperable and future-ready Digital Product Passport solutions that support global regulatory alignment, sustainability accountability and the transformation of the mobility sector.

The consortium is led by the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology (IPK), together with acatech – National Academy of Science and Engineering, GEFEG, and Technische Universität Berlin. It is further supported by major industry associations such as Bitkom, VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry), VDMA (Mechanical Engineering Industry Association), and ZIV (German Bicycle Industry), alongside more than 80 additional supporting partners across the battery and digital product passport ecosystem.
